Last Moments of Summer

This forest landscape is one of my new treasures, which I discovered a while back, but for one reason or another never ventured back to. I will certainly go back to this pre-historic place with its rolling hills and ravines and pine forest and to top it all off a river that flows on the bottom of the ravine. This direction is my favorite way of photographing sunsets; to capture the scene basking in the light of the setting sun. It really brings the scene alive.
